SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES

Orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours after the order has been placed. The lead time for custom orders is usually three weeks.

NEED IT FASTER?

We can easily provide overnight shipping on drains we have in stock. An additional shipping fee is charged on each express order. Express orders will be processed the same day the order is received, provided the order is placed by 1 p.m. Mountain time. UPS will not guarantee next-day delivery on orders exceeding 60” in length.

SALES TAX

Orders within the state of Colorado are subject to the state sales tax. For Colorado wholesalers and retailers, sales tax license information and tax exempt status must be submitted before the order is placed. Orders outside of Colorado are not subject to sales tax.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Quick Drain USA low-profile linear shower drains are intended for use with tile showers. Both the shower drains and the liner must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions and the applicable codes. Ceramic tile must comply with ANSI A137.1. Underlayment must comply with the applicable code or ANSI A118.10. Our drains are in compliance with the 2009 International Residential Code, the International Plumbing Code and the Uniform Plumbing Code. When installed in accordance with our specifications and in conjunction with local building codes, our drains carry a lifetime guarantee and warranty. Any defective drain that has been properly installed will be replaced at no charge. There is no warranty on installation.

At Quick Drain USA, we strive to keep all standard items in stock. Quick Drain USA will have any custom item or out-of-stock item available for shipping within 3 to 4 weeks of the order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Quick Drain USA accepts multiple forms of payment, including credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks, money orders and wire transfers. We do not accept Cash On Delivery orders or foreign checks. Cash accounts require payment at the time of purchase; credit accounts require a written Purchase Order.

NOTES ON FREIGHT DELIVERY

When your Quick Drain USA order arrives, please inspect the delivery carton for any creases, tears, dents or holes. Should any damage exist, please write the information on the face of the delivery receipt. Failure to properly notate damages will waive our right to file a claim against the carrier on your behalf.

RETURNS POLICY

Quick Drain USA will accept returns that are shipped in the original packing and are accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number. The goods will be credited or replaced according to the condition of the goods. Any package that lacks the RGA number will be delayed in processing. The RGA number may be obtained through our Customer Service Department at 86­6-998-6685. End users should use their distributor to return non-defective units for replacement or credit. Please provide the following information upon requesting an RGA:

  • Invoice number
  • Purchase Order number
  • Item number
  • Quantity
  • Reason for return

All returned merchandise must be received within 90 days of the date of purchase. Extra care should be taken to ensure the membrane attached to the drain is not damaged during shipping. On most orders, Quick Drain USA will charge a 15 percent restocking fee. Returns received within 7 days of the date of purchase shall not be charged a restocking fee. If an item is missing from shipment, customer must contact Quick Drain USA within 48 hours. If packaging is visibly damaged in transit, customer must refuse shipment. Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

TRANSACTION SECURITY

We electronically verify each transaction with the credit company, processing only those orders that receive authorization. In case of a suspicious or declined transaction, Quick Drain USA may contact you to confirm the validity of the information or cancel a order with full notification.
